Musicals: Video and Worksheet
-
It’s up to you if you want to lead this as a discussion (where you pause the video at the Q&A parts and ask them the questions in the teacher guide and discuss the answers) or pass out copies of the worksheet, pencils, and whiteboards and have them write the answers as they watch and then pause to discuss their answers at each section. I’ve printed enough for them to each have their own if you decide to go that route, but I’m ok if they just discuss.

Gonggi: a dice game from Korea: This is a new game for 3rd grade, so they will need to watch the video carefully for directions. Have them watch the video and then break into pairs. Each pair gets 5 dice to play, switching turns whenever one of them makes a mistake. This class knows how to play and probably don’t need to watch the video.
